These terms govern access to our AI-driven fashion and eCommerce offerings, including image generation and headshot services.

Service Availability and Quality

Dreamshot is continuously evolving. Features, models, and quality may change at any time, and we provide the services “as is.”

We are not liable for any dependency on the services’ attributes. Only one user may access the services per registered account.

Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years old and meet the digital consent requirements in their country. Parents/guardians must agree on behalf of minors where required.

Your Information

You may share personal information when using the services. Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws.

Copyright and Trademark

You retain ownership of uploads. Dreamshot owns the generated outputs but grants you exclusive rights to reproduce and display your generations, provided you comply with these terms.

DMCA and Takedowns

Dreamshot respects intellectual property rights globally. Report potential infringements to takedown@dreamshot.com.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by Singapore law. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days before arbitration.

Ownership and Data Usage

• You retain ownership of uploaded photos and data.
• We will not use or share your data without explicit consent, except as required by law.
• Data is processed solely to provide the services and is deleted 30 days after usage unless legally required otherwise.

Payment and Billing

Invoices may be processed via third-party providers whose terms apply. You may cancel anytime; outstanding usage fees are charged immediately.

Community Guidelines

• Be respectful. Harassment, violence, or abusive behavior is prohibited.
• No adult content or gore.
• Do not repost others’ creations without permission.
• Consider how public sharing may be perceived.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Dreamshot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Miscellaneous

• Force majeure events may delay performance.
• This agreement does not create a partnership or agency relationship.
• Invalid clauses do not affect remaining terms.
• No third-party beneficiaries unless stated.
• Relevant obligations survive termination.
